气流烘干机是热气流脉冲式烘干机-锯末烘干机的一种新型设备

气流烘干机是热气流脉冲式烘干机,http://www.shuinifenmo.com又叫热风式管道烘干机,这种烘干机的优点是直接加热,烘干快,可折叠安装,节省空间。气流烘干机是让潮湿的原料与高温气流混合行走,最终通过分离器把水份从原料中分离出去。烘干机广泛应用于食品、饲料、化工、医药、矿山等行业,烘干设备工作过程中如下;脱水后的湿物料加入干燥机后,在管道内均布的抄板翻动下,物料在干燥机内均匀分散与热空气充分接触,加快干燥传热、传质。在干燥过程中,物料在带有倾斜抄板和热气质的作用下,至于干燥机加一段星形卸料阀排出成品,气流烘干机工作原理是将颗粒状的湿料送入热气流中,与之并流,从而得到颗粒状的干燥产品,对于开辟饲料资源,降低饲养成本,减少环境污染具有良好的效果。

 

Airflow dryer, namely hot-flue pulse dryer, also called hot-air pipe dryer, is featured by direct heating, quick drying, foldable installation and space saving. In airflow dryer, damp raw materials mix with the high-temperature airflow, and finally the moisture is seperated from the raw materials through seperator. The dry is widely used in food, feed, chemical engineering, medicine and mining industries. The working process of drying equipment goes as follows: after being put into the dryer, the dewatered materials will be stirred by the shovelling plate evenly distributed in the duct, making the materials spread uniformly in the dryer and exposed thoroughly to the hot air, which accelerates heat transfer and mass transfer. During the course of drying, under the action of inclined shovelling plate and hot gas, the finished products will be discharged through the start-shape discharge valve added to the dryer. The granualar wet materials are sent into hot airflow and granualar dried products can be gained. Therefore, the airflow dryer is benefical to develop feed resource, reduce feeding cost and environmental pollution.

气流烘干机的性质:

Specifications:

1. Raw materials to be dried: rice hull, saw dust and ground wood shavings, branches and wood chips (diameter less than 3mm, length less than 5mm).

2. Production efficiency: when temperature of hot air is 180, the relative humidity of saw dust or rice hull can be reduced from 35% to 10%; the temperature of hot air is no less than 180and can reach 300.

3. Coal, gas or electricity can be used as fuel.

 

1、干燥原料:稻壳、锯屑及粉碎后的泡花、树枝、木片等颗粒状原料(直径小于3mm,长度小于5mm.

 

2、生产效率:热空气为180时,将相对湿度35%的锯屑或稻壳干燥至相对温度10%.

热空气温度不低于180,可达到300

 

3、燃料可选用:木柴(碎柴)、煤、蒸汽或电加热。

 

气流烘干机操作规程:

1、安装完成后,开启风机,检查风机转动方向及加料口是否吸力正常.

2、检查各法兰接口处,看是否漏气。

3、在分离器的下料口捆上两端开口的布袋。

4、在加料口加入待干燥的物料,在干燥前必须筛除大块颗粒,这样有利于提高烘干速度。

5、在炉内加入燃料点燃,开启风机,当风出口处温度高至150时,开始下料,进行烘干。

6、及时清除排渣口的大块物料,以便于加料。

气流烘干机原理和构造:

通常我们采购回来的原料含水量在30%---60%之间,刚出锯板房的锯末水份在80%—100%,经过良好的风干和晾晒的原料含水量可降至20%左右,但仍未达到要求。理想含水量应为8%---13%之间。但在实际生产中从未对原料的含水量进行测量。因为那样很麻烦,并且在时间上具有滞后性。因为烘干机对原料的烘干强度并非均匀稳定的,每次打开炉门添加燃料时,由于冷风的进入,管道的温度会迅速降低,而在整个烘干过程中添加原料是很频繁的。所以最好的办法是凭视觉和手感判断其含水量是否合格。一般说来原料的外表呈焦黄色,看起来有泛油的感觉就说明其含水量是合格的,进一步的验证方法是用手抓一把原料,用力攥紧,然后松手,看原料是否能自然均匀散开。上面说的是通常的检验方法。其实最终决定原料含水量是否合格的是成型机。只要能从成型机中挤出合格的棒,那么原料的含水量就是符合要求的。原料烘干的关键在于对炉温的控制,要求工人能够根据原料呈现的不同外观及时调节炉温。 

这种类的设备,适应的物料比较多,除基本型提及的物料外,还有:安眠酮、 ABC中间体、ABS树脂、 ASC、白碳黑、苯茶吡唑酮、茶粕、草酸催化剂、促进剂m d.m、触媒、沉淀炭粉、对乙酰氮基苯磺酞氨、对氨基水杨酸、哆耳玛托、对苯二酸、二乙苯铵、二氧化铱、活性碳、氟硅酸钠、氟石矿、副产硫铵、硅胶粉末、合成树脂、磺酸钙、聚丙烯树脂、金霉素、焦硅酸钠、糠氯酸咖啡渣、口服葡萄糖、硫酸钠、硫化矿、磷矿粉、兰BBP.V.C、熔融磷肥、四环素、三氧化铁、碳酸钙、针铁矿、铜矿、土豆粉、尾煤、硬脂酸盐、玉米蛋白、药品、药剂、氧化铁、酒渣等。

 

 

 

气流干燥机干燥强度大:气流干燥机由于气流速度高,物料在气相中分散良好,可以把物料全部表面作为干燥的有效面积,因此, 干燥有限面积大大增加.同时,由于干燥时分散和搅动作用,使气化表面不断更新,因此,干燥的传热过程强度大.

气流烘干机干燥时间短:物料与空气的接触时间极短,干燥时间一般在0.5~5,对于热敏性或低熔点物料不会造成过热或分解而影响其质量.

气流干燥机热效率高:气流干燥采用物料与气体并流操作,从始到终物料温度和空气温度都能达到合理状态,干燥时间短,因而可使用较高的烘干温度.

气流烘干机适用范围广、产量高、降水幅度大;结构简单、站地面积小、投资和维修成本低.

气流烘干机热风来源: 燃油炉、燃气炉、燃煤热风炉、蒸汽换热器.

Features:

Strong drying capacity: because the hot air flow at very high speed in the airflow dryer, the materials spread well in the hot air and the whole surface area of materials can be the effective drying area. Therefore, the drying effective area increases greatly.

High drying speed: contact time between materials and hot air is very short, and the drying time is generally 0.5-5s, therefore, the materials with high sensitivity or low melting point will not be decomposed and the materials quality can be ensured.

·High efficiency: the parallel flow of materials and hot airs ensure that the material temperature and air temperature can be always in reasonable state with short drying time, therefore, high drying temperature can be adopted.

Large scope of application; high output; high dehydration; simple structure; small floor space; low investment and maintenance cost.
